Qualification & Experience

  • BBA/ MBA
  • 3-4 years of experience in handling and managing documentation officers.

Job Role & Soft Skills

  • To make and streamline the process of property documents processing and create liaison between sales department and documentation unit.
  • To take follow-up from the CPML sales unit about the sold unit documents and discrepant documents and ensure that the agreement receive to documentation team on timely basis after sales closed / won status.
  • To make and revise the departmental policy on regular basis.
  • To make and present the departmental performance to head recovery for onward submission to senior management.
  • To deal with the vendor about the developments in CRM according to the departmental and company requirements.
  • To ensure that the inventory sold and payments received against each unit is accurate and the record is reconciled with the bank account of relevant company.
  • Any other task assigned by the HOD.
