Job Role and Soft Skills
- To call and remind the clients about the pending dues on regular basis as per standard operating procedure.
- To update the record / information of client in system in case of any change observe during contact with him.
- To ensure that each client has been contacted during the month of due installment as per criteria defined in installment collection mechanism.
- To establish contact with buyer on the commitment date in case of any.
- To immediately report all the critical information i.e. complain and queries of buyer to relevant authority.
- Any other task assigned by the HOD.
