Qualification & Experience
- BBA
- 1-2 years’ experience in documents handling and record keeping.
Job Role & Soft Skills
- To receive and process the property documents of all ZD projects within defined TAT.
- To enter and update the data of notarized units and installments receiving in CRM
- To report the discrepancies found in documents to Manager documentation for timely resolution of all such discrepancies.
- To ensure that all the relevant information required to make an agreement is mentioned in SPA.
- To ensure that the down payment is completely received as per payment plan when SPA is processed.
- To dispatch the ready agreement documents to buyer.
- Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
