The applicant selected for this position will be responsible for assisting Manager-Property Management in updating policies and procedures, objectives, KPIs, and dealing with projects & developments; in addition to providing customers with high level of service as per agreed department SLAs and MBOs. Further, he (or she) will be dealing with concerns reported by customers and ensuring department performance standards to meet on time, tracking and monitoring status of pending cases with line manager; monitoring status and timely closure of service requests in the CRM software; ensuring accurate records of customer history in the CRM software; and submitting monthly reports containing coverage of major queries on a monthly basis. He (or she) will also be responsible for the collection of quarterly, monthly and biannually installments in the form of pay orders, cheques and demand drafts. The applicant will ensure that customer walk-in feedback is generated by property management department on a regular basis, closely work with the projects & development departments in order to get the product ready on time with the promised quality, maintain client relations across the board with on-time solutions & best possible customer service, and provide support & on-time solutions to customers’ queries via phone & email.
Experience: 3-4 Years of relevant experience with good communication and problem-solving skills
