Qualification and Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience in liaising with property clients about their recoveries.

Job Role and Soft Skills

  • To call all the clients who are failing to deposit their installments as per set criteria defined in recovery mechanism.
  • To set up meetings with client about recovery where required in case of non payment.
  • To explain the client from time to time on calls as per decided mechanism about the consequences they can face in case of default.
  • To meet the assigned recovery targets assigned on regular basis.
  • Any other task assigned by Line Manager.
