Zameen.com is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its ‘Executive-Sales Effectiveness’ post.
The applicant selected for this opening will be tasked with managing and coordinating the company’s sales and business teams (spread across the brand’s respective regions) for effective targets achievement; identifying product development ideas by coordinating with the relevant business stakeholders (Sales, Affiliates, Marketing, HR, etc.) and structuring them for subsequent development and execution; overseeing policy and business process flow (SOP’s) idea formulations and see to their implementation; managing the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports for relevant unit heads to support them in effective decision making; and assessing/analysing sales dispute cases based on facts and findings and providing functional and technical support to sales users with reference to incumbent operational issues on a daily basis.
To be considered for this position, the aspiring candidate must exhibit strong communication and leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a strong analytical/logic-based and no-bias approach towards resolving issues by way of a daily undertaking.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
