Zameen.com is looking to recruit a skilled professional for its ‘HR Manager’ post in Karachi.
The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy, bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues. Further he/she will be managing the entire recruitment & selection cycle as well as the company’s rewards and benefits system, overseeing the performance appraisal system, and assessing the training needs to apply and monitor training programs. In addition, he/she will be handling the onboarding process, conducting exit interviews and analyzing and recommending changes, issuing offer letters, contracts of employment and other documentation to employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counseling employees and supervisors, planning and arranging employee engagement activities, identifying and recommending areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures including team restructuring and morale, and handling all HR matters with strict confidentiality and discretion.

Experience: 3-4 Years of relevant experience
