Core Responsibilities

  • Draft Companywide Policies & SOPs to improve business efficiency and ensure compliance
  • Act as a single POC for companywide Policies and SOP documents and ensure accessibility for all stakeholders
  • Introduce industry best practices in the existing system based on market research
  • Generate process improvement initiatives to overcome existing gaps in the existing sales process
  • Review and ensure reconciliation between internal systems of record and sale documentation, including booking forms, commission cheques, purchase agreements etc.
  • Amicably resolve internal sales conflicts by investigating claims & implementing proposed actions
  • Provide operational support to cross functional teams in their day-to-day operations
  • Ensure constant visibility to the management through Presentations & Reports
