Job Brief:

Zameen.com is looking for HR Executive/Officer for it's Lahore Head office. The candidate selected for this position will be tasked with recruitment, initial screening and shortlisting, interview scheduling.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment handling
  • Employee documentation and attendance
  • General HR Reporting
  • Supporting onboarding process
  • Issue offer letters and employment contracts
  • Maintaining the company’s employee database, documents’ filing, and record keeping

    Requirements:
  • Job Location: Lahore
  • Min. Education: Bachelors or Masters – preferably in Human Resources
  • Min. Experience: 0 - 1 Year
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with hands-on experience on MS Office (especially MS Word and Excel)

    Further, he (or she) will be responsible for ensuring high data quality through accurate – system – records maintenance; in addition to handling designated operations/administrative tasks.
