The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with implementing the company’s Affiliate Network policies and processes for ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining a close liaison with the HQ Team to resolve the operational concerns of the Affiliate Sales Team, organizing market visits for Affiliates as per planned itineraries, conducting rounds with/without the Sales Team for on-spot Affiliates’ evaluations, building effective relationships with Affiliates to motivate them to retain their working commitments (through company events, Business Connects, seminars, and regular meet-ups), and cultivating harmony to facilitate Project & Classified Sales teams collaborations.
