Maintaining Personnel Records (Soft/Digital & Hard Copies)

Responsible for HR Service Operations of North Region

Updating all required employee data in the all staff master file and ERP

Managing and executing end-to-end Recruitment & Selection process

Orientation Planning and executing onboarding process for New Comers

Overseeing asset issuance and deployment for new comers

Submitting monthly report and others as per directions of HO

Handling HRIS of North regions

Processing of medical claims, employee cards, health cards and business cards

Updating and managing attendance /leaves of North region employees

Liaising with universities for job fairs and on campus interviews

Preparing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirements

Preparing Month End, Weekly or as-and-when required reports for line manager/management

Responsible for smooth Exit Process & Final Settlement

Performing exit interviews

Assisting Business Partner North Region

Create & maintain positive relationship with Employees

Handling the issues that arise in day-to-day operations

Handling employee grievances and harassment complaints

Planning and executing employee engagement activities
