Zameen.com is looking to hire a skilled professional for its Senior Manager Business Development post. The candidate selected for this position will be responsible for generating revenue from Sales team for formulating and assigning targets to the team aligned with the organizations strategic and business goals.

The applicant selected for this opening will be tasked with:

  • Ensure that the region and team is aligned as per the Business plan set by the management
  • Responsible to deal with real estate agencies in the region
  • Ensure the handling of Key Accounts (Real Estate) at Zameen.com
  • Responsible for achieving Monthly/Quarterly and Annual targets of the region
  • Regularly following up with existing clients for portfolio and up-selling activities
  • Analyzing market trends and prepare tactical plan to achieve assigned targets
  • Ensure that clients are up-to-date with the latest company offering and product information
  • Ensure that the team timely submits all documents of sale to Finance Team after clearance of payment from accounts
  • Further, he (or she) will be responsible for maintaining a healthy relationship with clients on behalf of team and organization

Qualification:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing and Sales.

Experience:

Minimum 7 Years of experience in sales
