The applicant selected for this position will be tasked with devising financial models based on the Zameen Affiliates Network commissions’ structure, ensuring the automation of sales processes and dashboards through tech team liaisons, maintaining and updating schedules of commission for the entire Affiliate sales channel, and ensuring the timely processing of Affiliate commissions as per defined turnaround times. Furthermore, he (or she) will be responsible for conducting sales incentive calculations for the Affiliate channel, analyses against budgeted amounts and subsequent disbursements through finance, evaluation of Affiliate channel sales contribution against each project, and suggest trade promotions and cross functional liaisons in line with inter-departmental requirements.
