Job Brief:

Zameen.com is looking to recruit a skilled professional for it's 'Admin Executive' post.

The candidate selected for this position will be required to execute and coordinate office operations such as meetings, conferences, workshops, convocations, and/or special events; coordinate building and equipment maintenance requests; and maintain keys and key logs for routine departmental functioning.

Job Responsibility:

  • He/ She will be tasked with organizing the day-to-day operations of the company’s administrative services.
  • Raising purchase requests of required items at office.
  • Coordinating with the building management for smooth operations processing.
  • Taking care of office-space planning, maintenance and renovations.
  • Carrying out inspection at various facilities.
  • Supervising the administrative support staff, and dividing worker responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Demonstrable experience in fleet management.
  • Worked on security protocols.
  • Prior experience of Courier services.
  • Overseeing traveling arrangements.
  • Coordinating with telecom company representative for employee sim-issuance pursuits.
