Qualification & Experience

  • BBA
  • 1-2 years’ experience in documents handling and record keeping.

Job Role & Soft Skills

  • To receive and process the property documents of all ZD projects within defined TAT.
  • To enter and update the data of notarized units and installments receiving in CRM
  • To report the discrepancies found in documents to Manager documentation for timely resolution of all such discrepancies.
  • To ensure that all the relevant information required to make an agreement is mentioned in SPA.
  • To ensure that the down payment is completely received as per payment plan when SPA is processed.
  • To dispatch the ready agreement documents to buyer.
  • Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.
