• Deliver Training's to BDA/BDE CPML, Acquisition /Sales & Affiliates (Primary & Secondary)
  • To follow training calendar and deliver assigned sessions as per plan of new hire batch
  • To maintain & up to date Yearly Training calendars
  • Ensure to update the Training Content on quarterly basis along with the implementation
  • Translating requirements into training's that will groom employees for the next step of their
    career path.
  • Work as a communication channel between senior Manager & Associate T&D
  • Taking Training Feedback and content Feedback at the end of every session
  • Ensure exhibition of organization values & integrity
  • Conducting Assessment Centers for the new hire
  • Maintain monthly departmental report.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors

Experience: 2-3 years

Skills: Energetic, Presentable and content oriented, positive attitude, excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English & Urdu
