Job Responsibilities

Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Head-hunting, online sourcing, initial screening and shortlisting

Solely Responsible for Handling Application tracking system ATS (Breezy)

Must have hands-on experience in using job portals:, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Responsible for collaboration with the placement offices of different universities in terms of sourcing profiles for particular positions.

Responsible for Interview scheduling, issuing offer letters and employment contracts

Responsible for Maintenance of the company's employee database, documents' filing, and record keeping

Responsible for ensuring high data quality through accurate - system - records maintenance

Responsible to handling designated operations/administrative tasks

Responsible for preparing new joiners’ payroll and leavers data

Assisting HR Business Partner and liaison with key stakeholders

Job Specification:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree - preferably in Human Resources with 4-6 related experience to Talent acquisition, Talent management and L&D.

Preference would be given to those who have Mass Hiring

Must Have Go-getter attitude.

Should have Good Communication Skills & Time Management Skills
