The applicant selected for this position will be responsible for managing large volumes of outbound calls in a timely manner, following call center scripts while handling different topics, and ensuring clarity of information/intel for identifying and analyzing customer needs and concerns – and providing relevant solutions accordingly.

To be considered for this position, the candidate will be required to exhibit strong verbal/communication and active listening skills. In addition, he/she should be customer-focused and adaptable (in terms of catering to different personality types).
