This role is primarily responsible for providing and overseeing seamless departmental interactions for acquisition’s team for facilitation of timely completion of the deals. Moreover, the key function of the job is to design system & to draft internal SOPs to maximize efficacy of process flows, as well as ensuring existing SOPs are duly complied with.

Liaise with Legal team to draft internal SOPs for completion of deals

Ensure acquisition personnel have completed required tasks before engaging other departments

Monitor field staff compliance with existing SOPs & to raise immediate flag on non-compliance

To analyse the info/data from internal/external resources to support the team in taking rationale business decisions

Liaise with Legal and Finance departments to ensure due diligence of all property documents

To duly understand & train the acquisition team on property/s ownership change end to end process & engage relevant dept

To closely liaison with legal dept in continually developing policies & SOPs that could expedite the system following due diligence.

Effectively communicate and follow up with relevant departments to expedite completion of deal
