Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the system (used by sales team to record their daily tasks) development, through a dedicated Tech team
  • Introduce business logic in proposed system development and act as a liaison between Sales & Tech
  • Coordinate with cross functional support teams and develop system controls to enhance the efficiency in overall sales process
  • Identify gaps in the end to end sales process and propose new feature development that can provide strategic value to the business
  • Identify, evaluate and report bugs and follow up for timely resolution
  • Promote digital adoption and align all stakeholders for all new system deployments
  • Perform all Pre and Post deployment checks in order to ensure smooth deployment
  • Act as single point of contact for all system support related issues reported by stakeholder and propose immediate resolution
