Zameen.com is looking to recruit a skilled professional for it's 'Front Desk Officer' post.
The candidate selected for this position will be required to execute and coordinate office operations such as meetings, conferences, workshops, convocations, and/or special events; coordinate building and equipment maintenance requests; and maintain keys and key logs for routine departmental functioning.
Further, he/she will be tasked with organizing the day-to-day operations of the company’s administrative services and raising purchase requests of required items at office, coordinating with the building management for smooth operations processing, taking care of office-space planning, maintenance and renovations, carrying out inspection at various facilities, supervising the administrative support staff, and dividing worker responsibilities to ensure optimal performance.
To be considered for this position, the candidate must come with demonstrable experience in fleet management, overseeing travelling arrangements.

Education: Bachelors – preferably in Business Administration
Experience: 1-3 years of field experience
