Zameen.com is looking to recruit a skilled professional for the position of 'Associate Director-Administration'.

The applicant should be skilled in the three main functions of administration: fleet management, equipment management and facility management and should also have prior experience in terms of office rentals and fit-outs.

In addition, the applicant selected for this position will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members. The job holder will be tasked with hiring, training and evaluation of employees in addition to taking corrective action when necessary. The employee will be developing, reviewing and improving administrative systems, policies and procedures and ensuring that the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.

Moreover, the employee will be working with the accounting and management team to set budgets of utilities, daily consumables, office supplies and manpower as well as monitor expenses. The incumbent will be collecting, organizing and storing information using computers and filing systems and overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals and building new and expanding existing skills. He (or she) will be monitoring a team of admin members in order to execute office operations such as meetings, conferences, workshops, convocations, and/or special events; coordinating building and equipment maintenance requests; and maintaining keys and key logs for routine departmental functioning.

To be considered for this position, the candidate must have hands-on experience in administration, stakeholder and team management along with good leadership & negotiation skills.
